Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to info@unlimited-software.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include Details: In your email, include your full name, course name, purchase date, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Response Time: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and inform you of the next steps.

Processing Refunds

  • Review Process: Once your refund request is received, we will review your case to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 5 business days.
  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain situations do not qualify for refunds, including:

  • Late Refund Requests: Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Extensive Course Usage: Courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed.
  • Special Offers and Discounts: Courses purchased under special promotions or discounts may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Course Transfers

If you are not satisfied with a course, you may be eligible to transfer to another course of equal or lesser value. Transfer requests must also be made within 30 days of the purchase date and are subject to availability.
